- New semantic compose function Timer that keeps the semantic value for a specified duration (ns) and then resets to 0.
- Remove option for sync groups is enabled in group 1 but it stays and only removes the windows in it.
- Link editor in cfg basic mode dialog is initialized correctly if windows currently contains basic mode properties.

BUGS

- Semantic function parameters linked in basic mode cfgs appear repeated.
- LD_LIBRARY_PATH is reset on wxParaver init in order to avoid contamination of environment execution for external applications.
- dimemas_wrapper.sh executes prv2dim in background.
